Hard Rock

Our current project, the Hardrock restoration effort, is located west of town. The initial site assessment is being completed in early August 2026. The collected data will be analyzed and the Existing Conditions Report will be completed later this fall.

Historic bank erosion, channel simplification, and loss of riparian vegetation have reduced aquatic habitat complexity, increased sediment inputs, and diminished floodplain connectivity.

INITIAL PROJECT EXPECTATIONS:
• Increase floodplain connectivity

• Increase angler/user access
