Kuntz Ranch / Elliot Property
Property Information
The Kuntz Ranch is only 20 minutes from Steamboat and is located between Stagecoach Reservoir and Lake Catamount on the Yampa River in what is known as Pleasant Valley.
This section offers ¾ mile of good dry fly, nymph and streamer fishing. Rainbows and Brown Trout are most prominent with the occasional Brook Trout being caught. This section is easy to fish with short to moderate casts.
The Elliott property is upstream, approximately the same length, and offers a little more gradient and faster water with great pocket water fishing.
